In a world troubled by violence and social inequality it belongs to each of us the awakening to the permanent reality that happens before our eyes: poverty and suffering. C.A.S.A. gives you the chance to develop a true work of helping homeless people and other misfortunate.

C.A.S.A. (support center for homeless people), is a non-profit association, initiated and inspired by Pema Wangyal Rinpoche, Honorary President, and was constituted by public scripture at the 19th of July of 2002, in fls. 71 and 71 v book n. 187 - F, in Cartório Notarial de Alenquer, and is constituted by social bodies and voluntary teams working in the field.

The association’s aim is to develop social work, in particular, give support, food and accommodation to homeless people, children, teenagers and elderly socially unsupported, victims of violence and abused, regardless their nationality, religion belief, politics and ethnicity.
